Over the past couple of years I've been more sedentary, working at a computer all day. I injured my heel playing basketball one day. Went to the hospital got xrays but nothing was broken. DR diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis, and the only remedy was to exercise my calf and foot to prevent me from slamming all my weight on my heel. 1.5 years after exercising regularly, replacing inserts, and using toe relaxers, nothing has changed. I eventually gained 10lbs since the harder I worked out, the more it hurt. Then about a week ago I bought these shoes and immediately felt a difference in the way I walked. My calves burned since I hadn't worked them out like that in years, but now I place my weight on the balls of my feet! The pain has disappeared and I owe it to these shoes. I also set a personal running distance record now that my form is correct. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I purchased these after getting several deep blisters doing kipping pull ups. They are by far the best purchase I have made. The only thing I would change about them would be the holes for your fingers, they are quite large for my fingers so the grips do move around a bit and irritate my calluses.
