I want to review Cap Barbell Unisex-adult Workouts 40 provided by Cap Barbell.
I'd love to give this item all 5 stars, but the price is steep. Objectively a 5 star product at a subjectively 3 star price. No ands, ifs, or buts, I got it for $160 in 2012 through Amazon and now it's even more. That said, it might be the best adjustable kettle bell system. Why would adjustable be preferred, because you don't have a lot of space and 5 kettle bells in the size and shape of one is a brilliant idea. One functional negative is you can't actually toss this one around. A real kettle is literally a cannonball with a hand aka indestructible. No worries, the build and plastic internal parts are robust. Plastic pieces look thick and hard. I did say plastic, it's only the inside mechanism. Seems dependable, I've been training for about 6 months with this tool and no problems at all. I live in a two bedroom apartment with my family and what else can I say, This was one of the few choices for a size limited setting and I am very happy. Besides my neighbors wouldn't be very cheery if I was dropping this all the time.
It has a "do not drop" sticker on it and that is functionally the only difference between an adjustable and a real kettle bell. What else; handle good, size good, adjusts without getting stuck, 5 weights.. or 4 weights inside and if it's bare then it weighs in at 20lbs. 20-40lbs. Has a visually unnoticeable thick rubber shoe on the last bottom weight so whenever its sitting on the ground it shouldn't scuff any floors. It will definitely do a beginner good for a long time. Beginning at 20lbs when you should be most likely start at 12 or 15 and working your way up takes a while. My traditional weight lifting numbers have increased by 1/3 easy because of the sort of functional kettle bell strength I've gained. Definitely an awesome investment. I'd buy it again at the crazy full blown fad price. Thank you.
