A good price and fast delivery. It is great for one arm swings between the legs, back and forward. Also for regular arm curls, hammer curls and reverse arm curls. You get a great arm pump. It's great for other one handed arm movements. Overhead presses followed by shrugs makes the shoulders feel exceptionally strong, hard and pumped up. You also get an excellent cardio workout.
