I am a Crossfitter and addicted to anything Crossfit, so I purchased Rich Fronings book. It was great to know the background of the now 3 time CFG champion who has been doing CF for two months less than I have (we both started at the end of 2009). The book tells a great story of a gifted athlete who glorifies Jesus in a way that is not fake, over the top or obnoxious. I already knew a little bit about Rich but my respect for him increased quite a bit after reading First. I recommend it for anyone who is into fitness, especially if they do Crossfit.
